We are please to host many different groups, parties and events at St Mary's. We have a number of different spaces that are available for hire.  Please follow the simple steps below to arrange your booking.

Our spaces can be hired individually or together to support your meeting or event. Our spaces are typically hired for a 'session' (morning, afternoon or evening), although there is an hourly rate available (min 2 hour booking).

Our hire cost ranges are shown below per session showing: standard rate, party rate and charity / community rates. 

Discounts can be applied for block-bookings, contact the Parish Office.

Main church building - Flexible seating for 300+

A flexible space with wonderful acoustics. Perfect for Concerts. Stackable Oak pews allow the space to be cleared for a variety of other functions, such as Lectures, Charity galas, receptions, and Art shows.

Meeting room - Kitchen - Seats 15

A bright and comfortable room with views out to the Thames. Suitable for meetings, small group music rehearsal, and tutoring. Comfortable bench seating and chairs available. Large meeting table. Discrete toy baskets inbuilt. Hire includes use of the kitchenette with tea and coffee making facilities.

Flexible open hall - Space for 150, seating for 100

A high ceiling octagonal space suitable for parties, group meetings, clubs, and exercise groups. Direct access to a closed internal Courtyard. Serving hatch to the commercial kitchen for easy food and drink service. Use of cups and saucers and instant boiling water. Pull out stage suitable for a band, exercise instructor, or drama performance. Children’s party rate available, additional rate for a bouncy castle to cover set up time and electricity.

  • 12m x 12m octagon. 5m to lowest beam. Highest point 12m.

  • Use of commercial kitchen (discuss with Parish Office)

  • Chairs and trestle tables available

  • Upright piano

  • Cloakroom and toilets (with disabled / baby change)

  • Direct Courtyard access

  • All on one level, no steps

  • Hourly rate available weekday evenings after 6.30pm

Small hall - space for 25, seating for 20+

A smaller hall for casual meetings, classes and lunches. Rectangular room with its own full kitchen facilities.

List of key facts

  • approx 6m x 8m

  • Own full kitchen that can be opened to the room or hidden by doors

  • Available all-day Saturdays, after 11am Sundays, after 6.30pm Weekdays

  • Space used by Windsor Kindergarten until 6.30pm weekdays

  • Direct access to Internal Courtyard

  • Cloakroom and toilets (including disabled / baby change)

  • Trestle tables and fold out chairs ( arrange with Parish Office)

  • Cups and saucers

  • No hourly rate available - session only booking.
