Roderick Williams OBE is one of this country’s most sought-after baritones and is in demand on the concert platform and in recital, encompassing a repertoire from the baroque to world premieres. In 2016 he won the Royal Philharmonic Society’s Singer of the year award. He has been invited to sing at the coronation of King Charles, and is also contributing a new composition to the Westminster Abbey service. [Photograph of Roderick Williams by Benjamin Ealovega]
Iain Burnside Interweaves roles as pianist and Sony-Award-winning radio presenter with equal aplomb. His recordings straddle a repertoire ranging from Schoenberg and Copland to Debussy and Judith Weir – with a special place reserved for English Song, as his recent acclaimed recordings of Britten, Finzi and Vaughan Williams have proved.
